PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for services is provided through written estimates, service agreements, or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is due upon receipt.

Invoices not paid within seven (7) days of the due date may incur late fees. Past-due accounts may result in suspension of services or future scheduling until balances are resolved.

Client agrees to be responsible for reasonable collection costs associated with unpaid balances where permitted by law.

​

Houston Tech Guys reserves the right to refuse or suspend service for non-payment.

REFUNDS, WARRANTIES & SERVICE POLICY

​

All services, labor, diagnostics, and technical work performed by Houston Tech Guys are non-refundable once rendered.

​

Limited warranty exceptions may apply only as expressly stated in writing and do not constitute a refund.

Hardware supplied by HTG is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Houston Tech Guys may assist with warranty claims when applicable, but does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.
