PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for services is provided through written estimates, service agreements, or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is due upon receipt.

Invoices not paid within seven (7) days of the due date will incur a five percent (5%) late fee. Past-due accounts may result in suspension of services, scheduling, and future support until the account is brought current.

Client agrees to be responsible for all costs incurred in the collection of unpaid balances, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, collection fees, and administrative expenses.

Houstontechguys LLC reserves the right to refuse or suspend service for non-payment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTIES

All services, labor, diagnostics, and technical work performed by Houstontechguys LLC are non-refundable once rendered.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant data, files, system configurations, and requirements prior to the commencement of services. Any additional labor required due to undisclosed information is billable.

Limited warranty exceptions may apply only as expressly stated in writing and do not constitute a refund. Re-evaluation or follow-up services do not guarantee resolution and are not refunds.

Hardware supplied by Houstontechguys LLC is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Houstontechguys LLC may assist with warranty claims when applicable but does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

Houstontechguys LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
