This policy applies to all on-site, remote, and consulting services provided by Houstontechguys LLC.

• Services and labor are non-refundable once work has begun
• Exchanges are not offered
• Hardware supplied by HTG is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
• Houston Tech Guys may assist with warranty claims when applicable
• Cancellations or rescheduling before technician dispatch are free
• Once a technician is dispatched or on-site, a one-hour minimum charge applies
• After-hours and weekend services may be billed at emergency service rates

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES

Houston Tech Guys provides professional IT services, including diagnostics, configuration, repair, installation, consulting, cybersecurity, and remote support. Because services involve professional labor and technical expertise, completed services cannot be returned or refunded.

LIMITED WARRANTY

​

Houston Tech Guys warrants the quality of workmanship and installation performed directly by HTG, subject to applicable limitations.

Hardware supplied by HTG is covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

​

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge prior to technician dispatch.

Once a technician is dispatched, en route, or arrives on site, a one-hour minimum service charge applies.
